This matter arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on March 1, 1973, in Lake Charles. Involved in the accident were Anthony L. Porter, an unemancipated minor operating a 1972 Honda motorcycle, and Clara T. Savoy. As a result of the accident Anthony L. Porter received personal injuries and loss of wages.
