ONION, Presiding Judge.

The appellant brings this appeal from a conviction for sale of a narcotic drug, towit: isonipecaine. The jury returned a guilty verdict and assessed punishment at ten (10) years and six (6) months' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
