The Grand Jury indicted Calvin Dunbar for three robberies on November 1, 1973. On May 23, 1974, the superior court, Judge Kalamarides presiding, denied Dunbar's motion to dismiss on Rule 45 grounds,1 and a stay was granted pending a petition for review.
