This is an appeal by both the claimant and his employer under 39 M.R.S.A. § 103 from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court for Waldo County sustaining an Industrial Accident Commission decree ordering total disability compensation to the claimant during a period of hospitalization occasioned by an attack of angina. The claimant contends that he is permanently disabled and that the Commissioner's conclusion that the claimant's disability...
