Plaintiff, an attorney, brought this class action on his own behalf and on behalf of all persons similarly situated against defendants, State Farm and Allstate Insurance Companies. He is seeking to recover reasonable attorney's fees which were denied him by defendants after he had allegedly obtained a recovery for State Farm on its subrogated medical payments...
