Ka-Hugh Enterprises, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Ka-Hugh" brought suit against appellee, Fort Worth Pipe & Supply Company, hereinafter referred to as "Fort Worth Pipe", for damages resulting from the alleged failure of an oil well casing installed in a well.
