The appellant (defendant) was found guilty by a jury of robbery first degree and was sentenced by the court below, under the Second Offender Act, to a sentence of imprisonment for a term of twenty-five years. Defendant's sole assertion of error, upon which he seeks a mandate of reversal, deals with a question propounded to a police detective, James Theisen, by the prosecuting attorney as to a pretrial lineup conducted at police headquarters...
