The defendant was indicted on one count of armed robbery. He was convicted of robbery and sentenced to 4 to 20 years imprisonment. From this conviction and sentence the defendant appeals, contending: (1) defense counsel was incompetent for failing to move to suppress an in-court identification of the defendant which was the fruit of an unnecessarily suggestive pretrial identification...
