This is an appeal from a judgment ordering delivery of cotton as specific performance of a set of contracts entered into by Staple Cotton Cooperative Association, plaintiff and defendant-in-reconvention, and J. A. Pickett, Sr., defendant and plaintiff-in-reconvention. Staple Cotton is a cooperative which usually acts as agent in selling cotton on behalf of its members at an advantageous price, but which here claims it was the purchaser of defendant...
