This is an appeal by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission from an order of the District Court for Dodge County, Nebraska, granting the motion for summary judgment of J K & J, Inc., applicant for a class C liquor license within the city of Fremont, Nebraska, and directing the commission to issue the license.
