Per Curiam.

Landlord instituted a summary proceeding to evict tenant for the illegal use of the demised premises pursuant to subdivision 5 of section 711 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, on the ground that the demised premises were used for purposes of prostitution and other deviate sexual conduct. The record clearly supports the unanimous verdict for landlord.
