SARTAIN, Judge.

Appellant brings this action to set aside a ruling of the Louisiana Civil Service Commission holding appellant's appeal to the same untimely and therefore requiring dismissal. We affirm.

Appellant states in his petition for appeal to the Commission in paragraph 4, "That appellant learned that he would be unable to continue his services at Grambling College by a letter dated January 24, 1974, a copy of which is attached hereto." The petition...
