Dale Ray Granger, Billy W. Favors, Rayless Marie Payton, Wanda Kay Hawkins, and Steven H. Favors were indicted in Richmond Superior Court on multiple charges of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. They appeal from the overruling of their demurrer to the indictment and from the denial of their motion to suppress evidence obtained by the use of a search warrant.
