Plaintiff, Executive House Building, Inc., a lessor, was awarded a judgment in excess of $150,0001 against Automated Systems, Inc., the lessee, and Optimum Systems Incorporated, its surety for rental due under a written contract of lease. From this adverse judgment the defendants have appealed.
