KRUCKER, Judge.

Appellant, Vincent Paul Latino, was indicted for first-degree arson and arson with the intent to defraud an insurer in connection with the burning of his house. The jury found appellant guilty of both offenses. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed appellant on seven years probation conditioned on serving nine months in the Pima County Jail on a work-release program. From...
