On July 25, 1974, Royce A. Childs and Patsy W. Childs filed a complaint in the Dougherty Superior Court against the defendant, Vincent J. Catlin, and Berman Leasing, Inc. The complaint arose out of an automobile collision which occurred on August 1, 1972 in DeKalb County.
