This is an appeal by Kenneth Harrison from a judgment for $9,000.00 that had been rendered against him on November 8, 1974. The judgment was in favor of Billie Joe Cox.

The parties had formerly been husband and wife. They were divorced by the Jack County District Court on October 27, 1970. The divorce decree awarded custody of their four children to the mother. She has remarried...
