DOWNEY, Judge.
Having read the briefs and the trial testimony we find there is competent substantial evidence in the record to support the conclusion of the trial court that in all events the closing of the transaction involved was to take place on or before December 15, 1973, or the contract would become a nullity.
Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.
