These consolidated tort actions arise out of a three-car chain reaction type collision on Highway 173 North of Shreveport. The plaintiff in suit #12,750, Pleas Wilson, Jr., was the driver of the lead vehicle in a line of three cars proceeding northerly on Highway 173 approaching its intersection with the Roy Road.
