BLISS, Judge:

The appellants, Steven Rellon Hess and Venus Book Mart, Inc., hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried before a jury and convicted in the District Court of Comanche County on three counts for violation of 21 O.S. § 1021(3), exhibiting and selling obscene and indecent books and magazines. Punishment was assessed at a fine of $5,000 on each count against the corporate defendant...
