This is an appeal involving a matter of property division in a divorce action. We affirm.

The parties were married in 1952 and had four children. In February 1970 the wife filed for divorce. A decree of divorce was entered in May 1970. In its property distribution order of December 18, 1970, the trial court ordered that 200 shares of stock of a private corporation held in the name of the husband...
