PIERCE, Judge.

Louise Coca was killed in an automobile accident while a passenger in a car owned by her and driven by defendant John Bennie Lujan. A wrongful death action was subsequently brought against Lujan by the plaintiff, guardian of decedent's five minor children. Plaintiff appeals from an adverse declaratory judgment in favor of the defendant insurance companies on the question of liability. We affirm.
