Plaintiffs, the Whites and the Joneses, appeal from a judgment dismissing their actions in trespass, and quieting title in defendant Grand Valley Irrigation Company (Grand Valley) to a strip of land in Mesa County, pursuant to its counterclaim. We affirm.
