Plaintiff Zelina Theriot appeals the judgment 1) rejecting her suit against defendant Clifton Melancon to make executory past due child support payments, and 2) modifying a prior garnishment judgment to direct that garnishment proceeds be first applied to current non-support payments, and the balance to satisfy judgments recognized in the garnishment.
