GOLDBERG, Circuit Judge:

Melvin Meadows was convicted of a violation of Title 18, Section 1202(a) of the United States Code Appendix, which prohibits the possession of firearms by persons previously having been convicted of a felony. In this appeal, Meadows argues that the jury's verdict of guilty was not supported by the evidence, and that the gun which was the basis of the government's case was discovered in an illegal search and thus should not have been admitted...
