By a "Licensing Agreement" dated June 11, 1968, Melvin Mutchnik and his father, Henry Mutchnik (the Mutchniks), granted M.S. Willett, Inc. (Willett) an exclusive license until June 10, 1978, to manufacture and sell a metal table slide which they had invented and for which they had applied for a patent.
