This is an appeal from a judgment awarding $13,665.00 as just and reasonable compensation for property expropriated by the City of New Orleans.

On June 19, 1973, plaintiff, the City of New Orleans, filed an action to expropriate a portion of land owned by defendants, Mrs. Violet M. Derbofen, wife of/and Gail T. Kreher.
