Appellants are attorneys employed by the Defenders' Office — Legal Aid and Defender Association of Detroit. Following the acquittal of the defendants they represented in the case of People v Ritchie and Daniels, Recorder's Court No. 73-05395, they submitted vouchers seeking attorney fees.
