On May 8, 1974, the South Dakota Board of Examiners in the Basic Sciences, after notice and hearing, revoked and declared null and void all grades received by petitioner in his June 2, 1973 examination because of cheating. Petitioner sought a rehearing before the Board which was denied. He appealed to the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit which affirmed the actions of the Board.
