The sole issue in this appeal is whether on undisputed evidence International Paper Company, appellee, is entitled to indemnity against the C & H Transportation Company and its employee, James R. Combes.

The District Court committed no error in holding that it is, so we affirm.

The accident which spawned this personal injury action occurred on January 18, 1972, on the premises of International Paper at Nachogdoches, Texas...
