Fred M. Geller, the defendant, was found guilty by a jury of conspiracy to dispense a dangerous drug1 and of possession of a dangerous drug with intent to dispense.2 He was acquitted by the trial court of possession of marijuana,3 and the jury found him not guilty of dispensing a dangerous drug.4 He has appealed, and we now affirm...
