Theodore Brown was convicted of murder, sentenced to life imprisonment, and appeals.

Appellant contends that "the trial court erred in refusing to permit the investigating officer, W. L. Williams, from testifying as to the results of a line-up in which the defendant was in, wherein another person was identified as the gunman."
