On or about November 15, 1973, plaintiff M. Stuart Adler commenced an action against defendants Avis Rent-A-Car System, Inc. and Avis, Inc. in the County Court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, for damages arising out of an automobile accident in Venezuela.
