The Review Board of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission has recommended that the respondent, Harold Washington, who was admitted to the bar of Illinois in 1952, be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years and until further order of this court. This proposed suspension would be consecutive to an earlier suspension ordered by this court for irregularities...
