Appellant, Henry W. Pratt, brings this appeal from a judgment of the 114th Judicial District Court of Smith County, Texas, which granted specific performance of a contract of purchase and sale and vested fee title and possession to a 4.167 acre tract of land in appellees, Bob Story and wife.
