Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

TANNENWALD, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency of $915.11 in petitioner's Federal income taxes for the calendar year 1970. The parties have reached agreement on some of the disputed items, leaving for our decision only the question whether petitioner is entitled to compute his tax under the rates applicable to an unmarried head of household.1 We hold that he is.
