In December, 1973, the circuit court reversed and remanded an order of the Department of Industry, Labor & Human Relations (DILHR), which had dismissed the racial discrimination complaint of Gloria Watkins against her employer and union, on the grounds that the alleged discrimination had ended by the employer giving Watkins the job she had allegedly been refused on racial grounds.
