The accident happened in an intersection. Two automobiles traveling intersecting paths were involved. The plaintiff, suing for her personal injuries, was a guest passenger in one of the cars. Both drivers claimed the benefit of a green light. The trial judge heard evidence on the question of fault. He concluded that the plaintiff guest passenger was innocent of contributory negligence or assumption of risk...
