This is a will contest. The decedent, Tom J. Srp, at the time of his death, left a will which was admitted to probate in the county court of Jackson County, Texas. The county court of Jackson County upheld the validity of the will. Four of the decedent's brothers and sisters appealed to the district court of Jackson County where the matter was tried before a jury, resulting in a judgment in their favor declaring the will null...
