Petitioner-appellant Charles O. Fitzpatrick has brought this appeal from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. The petitioner asserted in such petition as a ground for setting aside his guilty plea to the charge of carrying a pistol without a license,1 that such plea was not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily given.
