Appeal is taken from a judgment of conviction arising from violation of § 559.190, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S. Defendant was found guilty of felonious assault with intent to do great bodily harm, and his punishment was assessed at a fine of $1,000 and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of six months.
