Several issues are presented on this appeal from a judgment making final settlement of the Orriel F. Philbrick estate. Orriel F. Philbrick died testate on July 6, 1972. John Dithmar was the duly constituted personal representative, and one of the two daughters of the deceased, Mary Louise Neis, objected to several items in the final account as filed by Mr. Dithmar.
