STOLZ, Judge.

The defendant, tried for murder, appeals from his conviction of voluntary manslaughter.

1. The defendant's contention that the trial judge should have given his requested charge on accident, is without merit. The evidence, including the defendant's own sworn testimony and construed most favorably to the defendant, showed that the defendant became involved in an argument with several persons, left the scene to purchase a knife to "scare" the others...
