The plaintiffs in this securities fraud action are three individuals suing pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(b)(3) on behalf of themselves and all other persons who purchased securities from the Defendant Robert L. Arata within three years prior to the filing of this suit. Arata has not received service of process since an involuntary bankruptcy petition had been filed against him prior to this suit...
