The plaintiff, Nashville Electric Supply Company, Inc., sued Kay Industries, Inc., as principal obligor, and Donald R. O'Guin, as guarantor, for merchandise sold to said Kay Industries, Inc., in the amount of $10,775.26. The Chancellor rendered judgment against both defendants for $10,775.26.
