Altman Camera Co., Inc. has petitioned us to review and set aside an order requiring the Company to bargain with the Union1 and to cease and desist from unfair labor practices. The Board has cross-applied for enforcement of its order. The Board's decision and order are reported in 207 NLRB No. 143.
