This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of Willie L. Cosey against Hazel Allen and Simpson Lawson for damages resulting from a fire which occurred on March 21, 1973, in the early morning hours after 3:00 o'clock A.M. at the premises located at 8324 Rail Street in the Parish of East Baton Rouge.
