Defendant, Karen Lemke, was indicted by a Winnebago County grand jury on two counts of unlawful delivery of cocaine in violation of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 56 1/2, par. 1401(b).) Upon a jury verdict of guilty on both counts, she was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of one to three years.
