On April 23, 1973 defendant was found guilty of contempt of court by reason of wilful failure to pay $150 per month support for two children previously ordered in a divorce case, and was sentenced to six months in jail. He took no appeal, but on June 11, 1973 was paroled from the bench to the Corrections Division on condition that he pay the child support previously ordered.
