Appellee, General Electric Credit Corporation, brought this action against appellants, American Fiber Glass, Inc., Admiral Corwin Mendenhall, and D. V. Wiles, seeking payment of an indebtedness owed appellee by the appellants. American Fiber Glass was a company dealing in the retail sales of boats and motors. G. E.
